Sanjay Friedman- Managing Director
Sanjay is co-founder and managing director of BPO group, and manages innovations of project methodology, product development, and technology implementation. Prior to founding BPO group, Sanjay worked in project development and management at one the leading IT consulting firms in the world, Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting). At Accenture, he helped lead many of the major backend billing consolidation efforts of telecommunication giants such as SBC, Worldcom, and AT&T.

More recently, Sanjay aided in the transition of Carver World to Carver International Project, converting the privately held trust charity to a public corporate benefit non-profit. As vice president, Sanjay led the black tie fundraising and global branding efforts of the non-profit. During his tenure as vice president, he was responsible for increasing revenue 459% year over year. Sanjay also helped drive direct company focus, namely the public support of four causes - education, hunger, arts & science, and economic development. Currently, Carver International Project operates in six countries around the globe. Sanjay received his PhD in Economics from Harvard.

Tim Psara- Managing Director
Tim Psara leads BPO Group's corporate marketing strategy and client services group, including strategy engagements. He is the chief architect of Assess | Align | Accelerate, BPO's proprietary business process optimization methodology. Tim has extensive experience assisting technology startups gain momentum and grow profitably. Prior to co-founding BPO Group, Tim was a strategy consultant with WM DATA, a premier technology consulting group. He also held a strategy position with a high-growth eReporting software vendor and helped position the company for market dominance. Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and a MBA from London Business School.

Peter Roberts - Director of Strategy Consulting
Peter Roberts leads BPO Group's most valuable asset; the consulting teams that continually bring our clients results. He is tasked with keeping our teams on the forefront of business strategy knowledge, building teams of domain experts, and overseeing all engagements. Prior to joining BPO Group, Peter was a senior strategy consultant with KPMG, leading the firm's process change practice. Peter also worked as an operations director for GE Aircraft Engines and IBM Corp. Peter has a MBA and a BS from the University of Maryland, College Park.
